Every October, CMA Ontario recognizes the accomplishments of the new graduates. After years of hard work, the newest members gather for an impressive ceremony, followed by a formal dinner and dance. This is one event you will not want to miss, the memories will last a lifetime.

You will receive an invitation to the 2010 Convocation Ceremony together with the official letter notifying you of the receipt of your CMA designation. This year's ceremony and dinner reception will be held on October 16, 2010 where you will be recognized for your achievement and presented with your certificate. 

CERTIFICATE & FRAMING

CMA Ontario graduates who wish to have their certificate framed and ready for pick-up at Convocation must place their order on or before October 3, 2010 through our preferred vendor. Please click here for additional information or to make your purchase. (Select pick-up option.)

Important Dates to Remember

 

Tuesday, September 14, 2010 - Last day to receive the CMA Ontario discounted rate for overnight accommodations at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

 

Friday, September 24, 2010 - Last day to register for 2010 Convocation via the CMA Ontario Member Portal.

 

Sunday, October 3, 2010 - Last day to order your pre-framed certificate in order to pick it up at the Convocation Ceremony.

 

Saturday, October 16, 2010 - Convocation Ceremony, Westin Harbour Castel Hotel, One Harbour Square, Toronto.

There will be a Ladies' suite and a Men's suite available from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. for the convenience of graduates. If you require overnight accommodation, you may make an online reservation for Westin Harbour Castle Hotel by clicking here. (Special group rate available until September 14, 2010. Subject to availability.)

CONVOCATION REGISTRATION

You must register for 2010 Convocation even if you plan to attend the ceremony only or Dinner and Entertainment only. Please ensure registration for 2010 Convocation is completed online via the CMA Ontario Member Portal (http://members.cma-ontario.org) by no later than Friday, September 24, 2010 (only if you have received an invitation to the 2010 Convocation Ceremony together with the official letter notifying you of the receipt of your CMA designation).

 

Important for those attending the dinner. Enter dietary restrictions in the "Add Purchase Comments" at the Check-Out Basket.
